ORGANIC SCULPTURES by the artist Veronique Toinon are a surprising forum for expressive art. Essentially made with natural dried elements, to give them a sense of reality as if they were miniature trees in a fantasy world. They are bucolic in style with a modern twist. The artist says, “in a way, I am imitating nature, celebrating its uniqueness and beauty. I want to create an enchanted space we visit and bring a sense of wonder.”

The graceful movement of dancers comes to mind in the irregular striking botanical sculptures of Veronique Toinon.
Akin to nature itself each becomes more dynamic in storied form.
Their poised beauty contributes to several motifs that emulate subjects of landscape and also escape to other hybrid forms.
As a whole their sustainable and organic nature creates a rarefied petrified forest. One that is imagined by man but contained and preserved by nature’s beauty.
